Do you offer gifts for healthcare workers and caregivers?
Yes — we have a dedicated Gifts for Caregivers collection. These handmade gifts are thoughtfully curated for home healthcare workers, nurses, medical professionals, and everyone who pours themselves into caring for others.

We also carry a Self-Care Essentials collection — because caregivers deserve self-care too. Whether you're shopping for a nurse, a CNA, a therapist, or a family caregiver, you'll find something meaningful here.
Are your products really handmade?
Yes — 100% handcrafted. Every single item is made by hand by Ideal Hands LLC in Columbus, Ohio. That's why processing takes 3–7 business days — we're actually making your order, not just pulling it off a warehouse shelf.

No mass production. No dropshipping. Just genuine handmade quality you can feel the moment it arrives.

Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost?
We charge a flat rate of $8.99 for shipping on all orders within the US. No surprises at checkout — what you see is what you pay.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Free local pickup is available in Columbus, Ohio. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we'll coordinate a time and spot that works for you. You can also catch us at local pop-up markets — check our Contact section for upcoming market dates.
How long does processing take?
Because every item is made by hand, please allow 3–7 business days for processing before your order ships. We put real care into each piece — good things take a little time. You'll receive a shipping notification once your order is on its way.
Do you ship outside the US?
Currently we ship within the US only. International shipping is something we'd love to offer in the future. For now, if you're outside the US and really love our work, reach out and we'll see what we can do.

Custom Orders

How does the custom order process work?
It's a simple five-step process:

1. Submit your idea — Use our Custom Order form to describe what you have in mind. Include any reference images if you have them.

2. Consultation — We'll reach out within 1–2 business days to chat about your vision, colors, size, and any specifics.

3. Quote & approval — Once we understand what you need, we'll send a price quote. No surprises.

4. Creation — After you approve and pay the deposit, we get to work. We'll keep you updated and share a preview before shipping.

5. Delivery — We arrange shipping or local pickup — whatever works best for you.
How long does a custom order take?
Turnaround depends on complexity:

Simpler pieces (small resin items, single crochet pieces): 1–2 weeks after deposit.
More detailed work (large resin art, multi-item sets): 2–4 weeks.

We'll always give you an estimated timeline with your quote so there are no surprises. Rush orders may be possible — just ask!
Is a deposit required for custom orders?
Yes — we require a 50% deposit before we begin work on a custom order. The remaining balance is due before delivery or shipment. This protects both of us and lets us source the right materials for your piece.
Can I return or exchange a custom order?
Custom orders are final sale — because they're made specifically for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges. That's why we work closely with you during the consultation step to make sure everything is just right before we start creating.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
If something isn't right, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Here's what applies:

Damaged on arrival — We'll replace or refund, no questions asked.
Wrong item received — We'll fix it immediately.
Change of mind — We can accept returns on unused, unaltered items. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
Custom orders — Final sale (see Custom Orders section above).
How do I start a return?
Use the Contact form on our site or email us directly. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
Online orders accept all major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover — through our secure checkout.

At pop-up markets, we also accept cash and Venmo for your convenience.
Is checkout secure?
Yes — our online checkout uses SSL encryption and is processed through industry-standard secure payment systems. We never store your card information.

Care Instructions

How do I care for resin items?
• Keep out of direct sunlight — UV exposure can cause yellowing over time.
• Clean with a soft damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, acetone, or abrasive pads.
• Don't expose to extreme heat (e.g., leaving in a hot car).
• For LED resin pieces, use the provided charging cable and avoid submerging in water.
How do I care for crochet and yarn items?
Hand wash in cool water with a gentle, fragrance-free detergent.
Lay flat to dry — this preserves shape. Hanging causes stretching.
• Avoid machine drying, which can cause shrinkage and damage the fibers.
• Store folded, not hanging, to keep the shape intact.
How do I care for candles and wax melts?
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials.
Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before every burn to prevent soot and uneven burning.
• On the first burn, let the wax melt all the way to the edges — this prevents tunneling on future burns.
• Keep away from drafts, which can cause uneven burns and dripping.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve scent and color.
• Discontinue use when 1/2 inch of wax remains.
How do I care for wooden items?
Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth — wood breathes and appreciates the attention.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture or high humidity, which can cause warping.
• Keep away from direct heat sources (radiators, sunny windowsills).
• Occasionally apply a light furniture polish or beeswax to maintain the finish and prevent drying.
• For painted wood pieces, use only a damp cloth — no polish or harsh cleaners.
